All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.

Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

4. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Satureday, Sunday and holidays.
5. Worldwide Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Standard Shipping
shipping is available on all international orders for a flat worldwide shipping rate.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control.
If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
6. Damaged Items in Transport

7. Caution(Taxes and Fees)
82lounge does not impose any additional taxes and fees on the selling products.
All the prices listed on our website are final and not subject to any additional taxes. When ordering and purchasing our products, a customer becomes the Importer of the ordered goods.
82lounge is not liable for any duties imposed or any prohibitions by the Importer country's customs legislation. Importer in this situation is responsible for all additional costs, taxed, or other difficulties in obtaining imported goods.
